« Probably first and last stay at this property.
The good-
1. Location
2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room.
The bads-
1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating.
2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house.
3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost...

« hotel remis au goût du jour, problème de taille: quand vous éteignez la lumière, les prises électriques sont hors tension... Dur de charger son matériel pendant la nuit!!! Petit déjeuner et self proposant un large choix de nourriture indienne, occidentale et chinoise. Un restaurant indien typique et tes bon au 9ème étage.
Il y a ici indiqué une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport... Impossible à trouver une fois sur place... Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes »

« Our stay at Summit Hotel had a challenging start but turned into a wonderful experience.
We had originally booked a standard room, but we found it too small for our needs so we decided to upgrade to a spacious room for approximately CAD $70–73 per night and paid the difference. After a 20-hour journey with flights and transit, we were exhausted unfortunately we had to move 3 times due to room issues which could have been avoided by management. The next morning everything changed after visiting...

« friendly and serviceable staff. good food, both breakfast and diner buffet.
room is quite large, bed comfortable.
negative side is i have been obliged to ask 4 times in a week for shower gel. not replaced when empty. it is not acceptable for an hotel from this category and for the rate charged.
location is so-so, outside of the main district or down town, but on the way to Ganghinagar exhibition center. »
