Beautiful cabin. Amazing views and even saw some bears! The cabin is well stocked and in a very convenient location. We loved the theater room and hot tub. The owner is very helpful and we really enjoyed our time there!

Clean and fun cabin

We had a lot of fun at this cabin! The drive up was steep and windy which my kids really enjoyed. Started off with an adventure. The place had everything we needed, everything was functional and clean. The view was amazing! The only thing to note, for families, there are 3 sleeping areas but only one actual bedroom. The other areas are living spaces without doors. So be sure to take sound machines with you for little ones. It was a little bit of a bummer that the movie room didn’t have doors and was connected to the room that my kids were sleeping in. And the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room and kitchen below. So once the kids are in bed, it’s quiet time. Which worked fine for us because we all had the flu and went to bed early anyway! Overall, it was a great space with lots of fun things to do. We would definitely book this place again and hope that we’re feeling better next time!

A quick and cozy get away

We booked this property last minute for just my husband, myself and our 6 year old daughter during her spring break. We were out and about during the days, but really enjoyed cooking at night, eating dinner on the porch with the most amazing elevated view, then having a quick hot tub plunge, before watching a movie in the downstairs theater room! All such a treat. The beds are all SO comfortable. Easy to park. Instructions for check in and out very easy and quick responses from the owner online. Was very pleased with this property, especially for the very reasonable price. Would recommend!!

Great location and amenities

This property was perfect for our family vacation with adults and teens. We were able to see bear in the driveway the first night and enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Location was perfect for all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Spring break getaway

We had a great family trip! The area has so many adventures! The kids loved the theater, pool table and hot tub. Owners were quick to respond to all of our needs/questions. Looking forward to our next trip to the Smokey’s.

Beautiful cabin

This is a beautiful clean cabin and has everything you need for your stay. It is a very quiet area at the top of the mountain! We would definitely recommend this cabin and we hope to visit again in the future! Host was very attentive and check in/out process was very simple.

If you are looking for a cozy quiet cabin up in the mountains this is the place for you! My family and I loved it! Great place for teens with the game room and hot tub on the balcony. You won’t be disappointed!

The property was great and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The description is spot on. It is about a 15-20 min drive to get to civilization so you want to grab any food or supplies you need while you are out as it isn’t a quick trip to get stuff. The movie theater was a hit. The wi-fi speeds were good as well.

Beary High cabin

Wonderful location- quick trip to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Cabin was clean, the movie room and video games were a big hit ! The road up to cabin is very steep a little intimidating lol but worth it for the great view…. Had everything we needed … only regret was not having more time to just relax and hang out there. Owners were very responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.

5 stars very convenient location

Property was as described, was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. On a dead end at the top of the hill, saw a young male bear two mornings investigating the Property. Host were very communicative and quick to respond.

A great place!

We had a great stay at this amazing place. Everything was as described, except for the view…it was even better!! We spent every evening in the hot tub and followed it up with a movie in the theater room. The location is in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The hosts were great and communicated throughout to make the stay stress free. We’d definitely book this gem again.

Amazing views, great features, awesome host!

Where do I even begin…we had a great time at Beary High. The drive up was a bit intimidating the first time but one step out on the deck and it was all worth it…the view was amazing! We loved the privacy too. Joel was the best host. His communication before and during our stay was impressive and the QR codes in the cabin to get you easily set up on WiFi and with instructions about cabin features was so helpful! The cabin had everything our family needed from the game room to the movie room to the hot tub. We found two main ways up to the cabin (one from Gatlinburg and one from Pigeon Forge) which made navigating traffic and getting to all the places we wanted easier. (The drive from the south was a bit trickier than the drive from the north but GPS worked great in getting us where we needed to go and navigating all the turns.) We highly recommend this cabin and especially Joel as a host. We had an emergency situation while at the cabin (no fault of Joel’s) and he was so easy to contact and was always very prompt with his reply. Such a relief! Hope to make our way back to the Smokies again in the future - and will certainly look for a cabin from Joel if we can. :)

Awesome Getaway!

This is a great cabin for a long weekend with the family. High on the mountain and great views with privacy. Hot tub was fun for kids, theatre room was great for watching football all day! Location was great and close to all the attractions but nestled far enough away to catch some quiet time. Host was great at communicating. We will be back.

Awesome family cabin

WE ♥️ THIS CABIN!!! It is a steep drive to the top (we have a 15 passenger van) but we made it no trouble! Once there you have a great view off both balconies. We would go out and sight see during the day then stop get groceries for supper and relax and get a Redbox movie on way back to watch in the theater room. We all loved that!!! One morning we rested and had a pool & arcade tournament and enjoyed the hot tub! The kids got a kick out of mom & dads old school arcade games like pac man & space invaders. Lol!! The cabin is very clean and the owners were awesome with checking to make sure we got in and everything was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this cabin for a family vacation!!! It’s just perfect & owners were so nice & caring to message us and check on us!

Awesome Cabin

Awesome cabin with great location and views of the mountains. Cabin had everything you would need including awesome theater room. We enjoyed all the amenities and would certainly love to visit again. Owners were great and checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. This was our first time renting a cabin and it was a great experience.

Spectacular view! Very secluded - we relaxed in the hot tub overlooking the mountains with no other houses in view from the balconies. Clean cabin with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for the mountain experience while still being close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.

Beary High fall weekend

Perfect cabin for a fall get-away with the family. Location, cleanliness, attention to detail from ownership and views were excellent. Quiet location where you can soak in the hot tub, take in the breath-taking views of the Smoky Mountains and forget about the cares of the real world. Entertainment options in the cabin for every taste and age should you choose to stay in instead of going on the many excellent local hikes or walking through either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are both less than a 30 min drive. Strongly recommend this cabin and thank the hosts for their pride in ownership.

Wonderful Cabin!!!

This cabin was wonderful!! It was just as the pictures describe, was clean and had everything we needed. Location is great between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Owner was great giving us a list of places to eat nearby. The kids loved the media room and all the games. Made for a wonderful family vacation. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
