The cabin was beautiful. Our complaints were the pool was cold while the room itself was very warm the water was cold. The couch in the living room was broken to were the cushions sunk so low you were practically sitting on the floor. Could use dish clothes and a few more dish towels and large frying pans in the kitchen. Other than those issues the cabin was nice and clean with plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable. We liked that there was a pac n play and a high chair even tho we brought our own pac n play. We liked that the cabin did not have other cabins right next to it so you did have some privacy.

The cabin was beautiful and the scenery was breathtaking! Was very disappointed with the pool it was very cold! No one was able to get in! It was supposed to be a heated pool and the water was just way to cold to enjoy with Autum weather.

At first we were amazed. Then we slowly started finding out that 2 arcade machines were broken (1 the joystick didnt work, the 2nd you couldnt get the games to play) The BIGGEST ISSUE was all the black mold in the pool room tons of it! Absolutly unacceptable and we didnt notice till about 15 minutes into our swim. We all got out and my one frend gets very sick being around mold so we couldn't t enjoy the pool safely or with him for the rest of our stay. We should honestly get some type of refund for that... the cleaning company should also be fired. Other than that the cabin was nice and the hotub was nice.

Labor Day weekend spent in the smokies! The house offered so much for everyone of all ages. The kid gates were a huge plus with the stairs. The WiFi did not work but we understand that we are in the mountains. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to be back again the in the coming years.

Beautiful cabin but things went wrong and the company caring for the property... Well it wasn't pleasant. I had to be dealing with someone everyday about something. The pool room locks both had to be changed. The air conditioning didn't work and they felt the next morning was ok to check it out (until I had to tell them it's 77 in here 3 times. It's wasn't until I said for medical reasons it couldn't wait till morning). Then there's the leak into the bottom floor (nothing above it to leak). Then the main floor toilet (that was loose) leaked and we couldn't use it. So down 1 toilet for 11 people. Told it probably won't be fixed while we were there. So we didn't use it. Yes the host offered to let us out of the contract but by that time there were only 2 nights left. Then the rest of the vacation would be trying to find somewhere to accommodate 11 people, move and more money! Yes they did return a very small fraction of the money spend but I feel for the stress daily that they felt my relaxation wasn't worth much to them. Again the cabin was beautiful but I don't plan on ever renting another one thru this company.

Wonderful Property - Room for Minor Improvements

Let's start with the pros: The views were amazing! The pool, hot tub, pool table, video games, theater -- all wonderful. The property was very clean, which we were expecting spiderwebs and/or bugs being in the mountains. It was wonderful. The AC worked great. We stayed while the temps were in the 90's and the house stayed comfortable the whole time. There was PLENTY of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. The cons would be the supply of linens and paper products. We were surprised that we were responsible for paper towel and garbage bags. When we asked about this, we were told they considered these toiletries and that we should supply them ourselves. That seems like something that should be included. We had 13 people in our group and there were only 12 bath towels provided. There was also only one hand towel per bathroom. While we were doing laundry that means there was no hand towels. We were constantly having to wash towels, and some people had to share. It seems like a house that sleeps 18 should have at least 18 towels. We were also disappointed with the amount of cookware. For a house that sleeps so many people, you would expect cookware suitable for cooking large meals. There were no baking dishes. The largest skillet was an 8" skillet. We had to purchase measuring cups and spoons and left them for the next group. As other reviews have mentioned, the wifi is very weak. I had to work while we were there. It took a long time to even load simple text websites.

Family Trip

This place was amazing! From the views to the house to the location. We had a larger group and it was perfect for us. No issues with check in or checking out. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. If you have any doubt about picking here I wouldn't.Only 2 things I can comment on was the pool area by the door on the inside was in need of beening cleaned and 1 of the game machines joy stick wasnt working but that didnt really affect us. Otherwise amazing place and would book again.

Amazing cabin!!

This cabin was amazing!!! The views were amazing! The cabin was huge,beautiful, very clean, and just all in all wonderful! The children loved the pool, hot tub, and the game room! It was plenty of space for everyone! The host was wonderful with us, communicated with us to check on us several times! We have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely be back!!

Great layout!

The cabin has a nice layout where everyone has their own space. If someone in the group has mobility issues this cabin is user friendly for them. No steps are required for them to be part of the group activities.
