Tucked away from the crowds yet close to it all, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay within walking distance of the Little Pigeon River, The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant, The Apple Barn & Cider Mill, and Iron Forge Brewery.

This two-story villa is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, allowing for quiet evenings and restful nights. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed dressed in soft cotton linens for a truly comfortable sleep.

Downstairs offers spacious, inviting living areas perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The living room features comfortable seating and a warm gas-log fireplace—ideal for relaxing on cooler evenings. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you’re enjoying a quick breakfast or a family dinner before heading out.

We ask that you inform us if bringing a service animal or pet so that we can be prepared properly after your departure. There are security cameras on site for visual inspection. We prefer guests to bring a crate to contain any pet if they will be left unattended at the home at anytime. Limited to 20 pounds. Fee will be applied for any undeclared pet.
