Great location, great property, great for the kids as well as the adults. Although, the cabin was filthy upon arrival, absolutely disgusting, cleaning services definitely need to be addressed the hot tub was also untouched from the previous people and they had to come out during our stay and reclean taking it out of of service for that day. Other than that, great cabin.

Great house with nice location. Had a 2 family vacation and had plenty room. The heated pool was wonderful. The double appliances made everything so much easier.

Our stay at Boon was memorable! From the time we arrived early, we were pleasantly greeted by the housekeeping staff that were finishing up preparing the house. They took time out of their busy schedule to provide us with great locations to visit and tips on bear prevention. Now, the house was everything would could’ve asked for. From the double appliances to living spaces, and amenities for the kid was fabulous. After a long day of hiking, sight seeing, and just taking in everything the area had to offer it was amazing coming back to the Boon House at the end of the day. The Boon House offers peace and tranquility and is only a 20 minute to the hustle and bustle the town have to offer. Needless to say, The Boon House is as advertised!

Great Stay, A Few Minor Issues

This cabin is wonderful. We had a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The amenities, space, and layout were very comfortable for our group of 28. We drove a 30-passenger shuttle bus, so access to the cabin and parking (during the summer time) was easy. Our only issue was related to a few minor items regarding cleanliness and supplies:1. One of the showers had mold/mildew in it. 2. The two grills were pretty disgusting with leftover food inside. Also, out of the four propane tanks, only 1 of them had gas. This was disappointing, as it somewhat disrupted our lunch plans one day, including no grill tools (only tongs, no spatulas to flip burgers). 3. The air hockey table cord was shredded--doesn't work.4. One of the fans in the upstairs outdoor patio doesn't work. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and do recommend it for a larger group - you just might want to check the propane before you plan a big lunch.

Wonderful vacation home for large family

Our large family stayed here for 4 nights and had such a blessed time. There were 32 of us (age 1 - 70 yrs) and everyone was so pleased with the house, large deck, wonderful bedrooms, spacious kitchen, and swimming pool. Thanks a lot and God bless you! Places like this help us make memories as a family and keep our relationships strong.

East Coast National Basketball Tournament

We travel as a team, this stay was our nicest place yet. The pool is clean and warm. The hottub was hot. The kitchen for our chef, well, she said it was as close to a professional kitchen in a private house yet. We did have an issue, but it was minor and the managers were on it super fast. Our We are excited about our next stay here!

The cabing was amazing . We enjoy everything in the cabing . The only thing aI didn’t like it was . There is not a badroom in the living room . If you need use the badroom you need to go to the bedroom to used . But everithing else was fine . We really enjoy our state .

Great Place with Great Family

The house was clean and easily accessible with plenty of room for the 17 of us. Game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults as well as the pool. However the pool area was in the 80's keep in mind this was in July so it maybe cooler the rest of the year. Location was great 20 mins from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with a Dollar store for quick snacks 5 mins away. House could use wine and rocks glasses but other then that we had a great time and look forward to vacationing there again.

Celebration Ceremony

I had a gathering on at this time that was very important and needed everything to go perfectly and it did. This property exceeded my expectations. From the incredible amenities including the pool, hot tub, games, etc. to the very accommodatable kitchen, this property was wonderful. I had a few questions throughout the stay and the team responded very quickly. Very impressed with this company. I will definitely use them again.

Lovely Christmas!

The property was absolutely fabulous. We spent Christmas at Boone with our family, 18 in all. Ages ranging from 7-70+. When we arrived, we were so very excited to see the home decorated for Christmas inside and out. We even had a lovely Christmas tree!! Everyone had a great time. The house was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Everything worked… the game room/home theater was enjoyed by all. As well as the heated, sparkling pool and hot tub. The grills were clean and had plenty of propane! The beds were SO comfortable!!! Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were. Last, but certainly not least, our hosts were absolutely amazing. We have literally nothing negative to say about this property. We would most definitely recommend it to anyone with a large group.

Our daughters commitment to her new hubby

Stayed Wednesday-Sunday for our daughters small commitment ceremony in the mountains. We had about 30 family members and everyone had their own space. The main beds were very comfortable but the pull out beds I have to say were absolutely horrible! The game room & movie theater was a huge hit!!! We were reasonably close to all the fun downtown Gatlinburg. We had a few issues like the hot tub jets not all working, the clothes dryer was holding water and wasn’t working, the description of the cabin said there was a outdoor fire pit but there is not, and there’s not enough outdoor garbage space to hold all the garbage. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves!!

Awesome Property

Our stay at the Boon was just perfect! This smokies retreat was perfect for our friends and family to kick back and relax. Our group enjoyed checking out Pigeon Forge and all the shops. Being only 15 minutes away was a huge plus! The outdoor patio was perfect for the nights and a lot bigger than expected. The pool has a TV on the wall that we did not expect and didn't see in the pictures. The only downside was we were unable to locate the tv remotes for the patio/pool. We were able to use an app to get the tvs to work. Overall, all the rooms were great and really enjoyed our stay!

Family Reunion

It was overall a nice cabin for a large group of us….33 people ranging in age from 2-81. The hot tub was not usable while we were there…..it was not clean! The pool also needed cleaning but the kids still used it. It was in a beautiful area overlooking the woods, but a little far away if wanting to go to Gatlinburg. We also wished they had a can opener and some measuring cups when cooking meals. Overall it was very nice but wish the hot tub had been usable and the kitchen had a few more supplies to use.

This property was awesome! Super spacious and clean. We loved the covered deck area, and the kids loved spending time at the pool. The double appliances was also super helpful for our large group size. We did have 2 downsides to the property. First, some of the cooking basics that we were told would be there (sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper) were not there, so we had to purchase that. Second, there were not many large serving trays/cooking pans/cooking sheets to use for our large group. Otherwise this place was awesome!

The pictures of this property does not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful, beds are extremely comfortable and it is located in the perfect position between Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. AAA+++
