Located a short 5-minute walk to Seguin’s historic downtown district which includes the whimsical Father Christmas Store, Walnut Creek walking trail, coffee shops, bars, & multiple restaurants and shops. Downtown is also home to Burnt Bean- Texas’ #1 BBQ according to Texas Monthly.
