'Overall this is a nice property but the bed frames and mattress in all the rooms need to be updated. Also, we were given the wrong code to access the property and we were standing out in the heat for two hours trying to get in.'

'The home was everything I expected itnto be and more. The home is well equipped for guests. Our family included 6 adults and 4 kids, and our dog. The home was large enough for everyone to have their own space. And it close to the New Braunsful area and all its offerings. '

'The house was kind of a mess and in disrepair. Leaking fridge, broken dishwasher, moldy shower curtain, clogged drains and water outages several days in a row so we could not flush toilets or clean after cooking. The walls were filthy around high touch areas and in the breakfast nook. Rooms were pretty clean but we found 2-3 giant, roach carcasses every day all around the house. The beds were comfy but the primary suite bed frame is metal so it squeaks every time you move. No access to any sort...

'Got to Seguin and couldn’t get our code to get into the house. Messaged the host and wouldn’t respond. Ended up having to get a refund and find somewhere else to stay. Very unprofessional and aggravating to drive that far and not have a place to stay! I would not rent this place if i were you! '

'Husband and I stayed there one night for a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater. We ubered to and from the concert. The accommodations were perfect for us. Will definitely stay again for a future concert.'

'It was my first home vacation rental. Everything was very nice and clean. Communication with the rental company was very easy and helpful. They responded to any questions I had promptly. The location we had was centrally located to area shopping, restaurants as well as tourist sites. We had five adults staying together at our location. It accommodated all of our needs. I would highly recommend this home to other families.'

'Everyone loved this stay, including me. Personally, the upstairs loft was too short for me. It was very spacious for my kids and I to share, don’t get me wrong. I’m just a bit too tall to be scooting around up there. Perfect for the kids! If it were just me and the kids it would be PERFECT. '
