'Daniela at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff were kind as well. This hotel was super charming and full of character. Our garden view room was lovely, including a private sunny balcony to sit on. Bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. 'We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. 'Das B&B wird mit liebe betrieben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Es wird jeden Tag aufgeräumt und geputzt. Die Handtücher werden regelmäßig getauscht. Das Eigentümerin und ihr Personal sind nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für ein B&B gut und reichlich. Da wir sehr früh aufgebrochen mussten wegen unserer Rückfluges haben sogar ein Frühstückspacket bekommen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine Anzahl von Bars und Restaurants. 'Heel fijne ervaring! Mooi klein hotel, heel smaakvol ingericht, mooie kamers, verfijnd ontbijt, supervriendelijk personeel, relaxte sfeer, relax zwembad met mooi zicht over de Douro. De twee zussen, die het hotel runnen, hebben echt overal aan gedacht om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Echte aanrader!'
