'This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. We have done this many times through Hilton and Expedia, and no hotel has ever canceled our fully paid reservation without contacting us first. This time, we paid for four nights instead of three. 'Beautiful rooms. Location is right on Main St in Hailey. Shopping, restaurants, and groceries within walking distance. Bus stop by the hotel for rides to Ketchum and Sun Valley if you are looking to avoid traffic. Ketchum and Sun Valley are walkable so no need to drive up there. Was in Hailey for the 4th of July parade which started a block from the hotel.'
