This pristine vacation home was built with guests in mind with top-end amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, a sparkling pool, a screened-in porch, hot tub, a fenced yard, and a covered, screened entertainment area with an all-ages entertainment area for guests to enjoy.

Enter this beautiful home on the second floor through the spacious screened-in porch that is ready for enjoying the Tybee breezes with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and an outdoor dining table. Once inside, you will find the wide-open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. The ample open space has a dining table for 8, occasional seating, and a cozy sofa as well as counter seating at the large center island. The center island will become the hub of activity for all the guests to gather around. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops with all stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, double ovens, and two dishwashers to clean up a breeze. Just off the kitchen, there is a large laundry room and a butler's pantry. This main floor of the home also includes a half bathroom and the first-floor primary suite.

There are two King suites in this home. Bedroom 1, on the main level, is furnished with a King size bed and has a large flat-screen TV. This room has access to the screened main level porch and a private screened porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea. The ensuite bathroom has dual vanities with quartz countertops and a large custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads and glass tile accents. Up the stairs, the third floor is home to three bedrooms and a bonus kids loft. Bedroom 2, the second King suite, mimics the main-floor bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV and features a writing desk nook and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and connects with the bonus kids' loft area with built-in twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV with a video game console and lots of board games to enjoy. The shared guest bathroom on this level has a tub and shower combination.

The spiral staircase from the second-floor living area takes you down to the ground floor. Once Outside, catch all the "Big Wave" action in the beautiful inground pool with waterfall feature. The fun continues in the screened porch entertainment area under the house. Challenge your guests to a game of ping-pong or corn hole, catch all the action on the large flat-screen TV and chill out at the bar for ultimate relaxation. Take a dip in the hot tub in the evenings to unwind from the day. There is a mini-fridge for beverages and a gas grill for cookouts, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The private fenced backyard includes a beautiful pool and patio, as well as a green space for kids to run safely.

The home has WiFi and parking for up to four vehicles. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost (not available in January or February). The home is less than ½ mile to the Tybee Pier and Pavilion and all the shops and restaurants, about a six-minute walk. And only a block away from Alley 3, Tybee's public boat ramp, which is an excellent spot for launching kayaks to explore our waterways and marshes. This home is not pet-friendly.
