« Overall this is a really nice apartment and the staff were prompt to respond and also help with some minor issues we had during the stay. The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C. I understand that lack of AC is quite common in Europe and likely it wouldn't be an issue 95% of the time, but we were there during a bit of a minor heatwave and the last two days were particularly warm and...

« Endroit exceptionnel pour un séjour en famille une vue grandiose, un confort et un design contemporain et chaleureux. Il manquait un matelas pour le lit de bébé et un chaise haute, un luminaire supplémentaire dans le séjour serait à mon avis nécessaire mais cela n'a pas entaché notre enthousiasme pour ce logement »

« This apartment was in a great location to the city center and was perfect for our three nights in Lucerne. The pictures were accurate to the listing and the apartment was bigger than we thought it might be which was great! Those stairs are no joke but two elevators that worked just fine! Would stay again if ever were in Lucerne again. Just a little note that we arrived on a Sunday and were going to go to grocery store and get settled in, but many stores and grocery stores are closed on...

« This place is an absolute gem! It is associated with and in the same building as the school for hospitality, BHMS. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. It was perfect for our family of four but could easily have slept at least two more people. « Super accueil en français. L'appartement est assez grand pour 4 personnes et très propre. À proximité d'une gare, il est facile de se déplacer jusqu'à Lucerne. Il y a également une petite épicerie et une boulangerie à distance de marche. »

"Bonjour Votre établissement frôle la perfection mais 2 nuits on nous avons pas pu dormir suite a un grabuge infernal à l'étage supérieur en pleine nuit talon chaise et des bruits de je ne sais ou pendant des heures à gâcher cette chambre sublime cette vue magnifique et surtout un personnel tres professionnelle de plus la remarque c'est que le Français est complètement oublié aucune traduction "
