Getting Around:

The property's location on NE 3rd St puts guests within easy walking distance of the beach and several local restaurants and shops along Highway A1A. A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the broader Space Coast, including Kennedy Space Center to the north and Melbourne Beach to the south. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though availability can vary. Street parking is generally accessible near the property.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay

- Parking is strictly limited to 1 vehicle. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

- Please be aware that the Backyard area, Grill, Firepit is a shared space. Host/other guests may be here during your stay.
