Super noisy impossible to rest
The check in was a nightmare. They were not able to retrieve the payment information from the system and they didn't let me in for nearly one hour. Hotels tried to call them but of course they could not communicate in English. The pleace as such is nice but there is no sound isolation, you can hear even the snoring of the people in other appartements, imagine the walking at night to use the bathroom, the bathroom as such, the stairs, even the sound of the microwave . A real nightmare

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber.Es fehlte allerdings ein Wasserkocher oder ein kleiner Topf, um Tee zu kochen.Der Toaster war defekt , dadurch hatten wir einen Stromausfall.

Propre mais sombre et bruyant
Appartement très propre mais nous avions celui du rez de chaussée qui était petit et très sombre. Il n'a pas été possible de changer d'appartement malgré notre demande à laquelle aucune suite n'a été donnée. L'insonorisation avec l'extérieur est bonne mais médiocre entre les différents appartements. L'emplacement est très satisfaisant avec un parking public à proximité de tarif raisonnable.

Todo muy bien aunque demasiado pequeño el aseo y la nevera. Sería bueno que solucionaseis el olor tan fuerte a humedad en la entrada a los pisos, en el apart y en el baño.

Keep Hotel Duerming in mind for the future!
Conveniently-located relative to the Cathedral & local shopping. Modest but pleasantly-appointed lodging. Great amenities (elevator, fridge, micro, even a cooktop, etc.,) with coin-op laundry located just a few walkable blocks away. Ideally, check-in process is quick & efficient. In our situation, our booking number wouldn't register at the e-kiosk, and there's only a phone number to call. Free wi-fi available, so we were able to videochat w/ a friend who called the number for us and that solved our issue. Rest of check-in went smoothly. Perhaps include messaging/chat as a contact option if possible in future? Those familiar with larger hotels will have experienced inserting one's door card into a slot in the wall to turn on the electricity in one's room. That was an unexpected feature here! Heathing/cooling wasn't as much of a concern given the season we visited (early Autumn), but a/c may not be strong enough in the Summer. Opening the window immediately refreshed the room, though. Use the linens/towels provided wisely! We weren't aware of any housekeeping services during our short stay (approx. 1 week). Noise levels hardly an issue with well-insulated windows closed. Just keep in mind this isn't a town that necessarily goes to bed early, & adjust your expectations accordingly ;) Overall very charming & pleasant experience!

Justo bajo de la ventana de la habitación un pub monta una terraza.... se escucha jaleo hasta las 5 de la mañana hasta los domingos! Solo puedes descansar el lunes.. dia que cierra el pub por descanso. Imposible descansar bien. El baño muy estrecho no podias ni levantar los codos para ducharte. Por lo demas bien... pero de que me sirve una buena cama si es imposible dormir por los ruidos. Muy mal.

Santiago de Compostela como muchas ciudades de España tiene un casco histórico muy concurrido y nuestro establecimiento se haya en el mismo centro del casco antiguo; no somos responsables de los ruidos en la calle y locales adjacentes. Two adults and two kids in the duplex. It's tiny but was surprisingly comfortable. Modern, tasteful. Excellent beds. Disappointment was the kitchen. It's just about suitable for beans on toast, and that's it. Ok for a day or two or if you plan on eating out all the time, but if you want real self catering, go elsewhere. Like anywhere in Santiago, driving here is a fool's errand. Pick a nearby car park and walk.

There was a strange dirty handprint on the wall that i couldnt scrub off. For 2 people it would be fantastic but for a family of 4 it was very tight.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß ins Zentrum und auch zum Busbahnhof. Das Apartment ist sehr klein und das Bad, besonders die Dusche ist sehr eng. Die Ausstattung ist modern und ordentlich. Das Einchecken erfolgt an einem Automaten und erwies sich als äusserst schwierig. Ohne die " richtige" Reservierungsnummer ist kein reinkommen. Erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage wurde uns eine Nummer genannt, die uns nicht bekannt war und auch nicht bei der vorherigen mail mit den Infos und Mitteilung des Eingangstürcodes mitgeteilt wurde. Das Einchecken ab 16 Uhr finden wir doch sehr spät.

Good location but noisey.
Arrived to find you can only check in via a machine. No personal service. The code given to us to obtain our key did not work . Another couple were sitting in the foyer and said their code did not work either and they had been waiting 45 minutes. The machine said to call a help line which we did. What if we didnt have phone credit????? Our room was very clean but unfortunately very nousey of a night if you wanted to have the window open and some air for the small room. The airconditioner was set to warm or hot and could not be changed to cool. I phoned the help line again and they said it had previously been cool in Santiago , so the airconditioner for the property was set to warm. Now that it was hot in Santiago the airconditioner had not been asjusted so that guests could get cool air. The person on the help line said we could only get hot air. So we had to open the windows again and have noise from the street continuously through the night till 6am. We had to phone the help line again to find instructions on how to obtain a 2nd key for the room. This can be done on check in evidently but there are no prompts to ask or direct you to this. The room was very clean. The bathroom very tiny... so much so tgat the door hit the toilet to get in. Bathroom sink very tiny.

Dear Customer We have an automatic kiosk to check in, it is done in two simple steps, since we are not a hotel, we do not have a reception. Both the access door to the building and the kiosk are indicated 2 assistance phones in case you need it or have any questions. The kiosk works correctly although sometimes depending on the channel for which the client makes his reservation does not match the numbering of the reservation. Estimado Carlos A través de la aplicación por la que hizo su reserva, 3 días antes de la entrada le enviamos un mensaje con las indicaciones a seguir para su entrada, donde se indica nuestro teléfono de contacto y asistencia. En la puerta principal del edificio e también aparecen indicados 2 teléfonos de atención o asistencia para cualquier duda, problema que les pueda surgir. Y si es necesario por la situación desplazamos a personal. Por tanto si disponemos de atención, ya que al tratarse de apartamentos no hay recepción como en los Hoteles. The day I was to check out the bathroom and hall lights came on at 7am waking me prematurely. And then none of the other lights or TV would work. The first night The was apparently a club near the hotel that was so loud I could not sleep properly. The shower setup is too close to the wall to work effectively. Check in was not till 4pm which is too late for the normal pilgrim walking into Santiago after walking the end portion of the Camino. The check in process was flawed as the machine would not read my passport. The room was nicely appointed but otherwise disappointing.

Dear Richard Regarding your comment, as in most cities of these characteristics, the historic center of Santiago is very transited, we can not be responsible for external noise ... On the other hand, the kiosk to check in is very simple and works correctly, although punctually you can not read a passport that may be scratched or bent, but there are 2 telephone assistance that you can call and we will help you quickly. The information of the time of check in and check out is indicated in your reservation. If the apartment is prepared before this time, there is no problem entering before, but it always depends on the occupation of the day, so it is sometimes impossible to enter before the scheduled time. Clean and excellent location
Room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a problem with self-check in but was resolved immediately and we were able to enter our room. Location was excellent. Having a kitchenette was a plus.
