A Dune Allen beach access sits nearby, an easy walk or bike ride, and Stinky's Fish Camp is just down the road for Gulf seafood. Pedal the scenic paths, spend an afternoon among the shops, dining, and live music at Gulf Place Town Center a short ride east, or explore the trails and undeveloped shoreline of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park before heading back to a home base made for slowing down.

Inside, an open-concept layout keeps the living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing together, so the group never feels far apart. The living room is set up for lazy movie nights, and the dining table for six pulls everyone in for shared meals. The kitchen handles it all, with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar for quick mornings or full spreads.

Outside, the Florida sunshine takes over. Fire up the grill for an evening cookout, settle into the outdoor lounge, or land on the back porch as the breeze and birdsong set the pace. Mornings run just as slow: bring your coffee out to the balcony chairs and watch the neighborhood wake up. When the heat climbs, cool off in the community pool, an easy reset after a day at the beach.

Four bedrooms sleep up to 14. The main-level primary suite has a king and a private ensuite, a quiet corner to retreat to. Two more bedrooms each hold a queen and share a full bathroom, while the bunk room — two twin-over-full bunks plus a sleeper sofa, with its own bathroom nearby — is an easy favorite for kids and bigger groups. A main-level half bath and an in-home washer and dryer round things out for longer stays.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A golf cart is available on-site for guest use. A signed liability waiver is required. Once the waiver is submitted, you’ll receive an email with the lockbox code to retrieve the keys.
- Pack ’n play is available upon request

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for 3 cars and 1 golf cart. No street parking allowed—violators may be towed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
