The first floor features the main entrance foyer and a spacious bunk room designed with families and kids in mind.

The bunk room features three full-over-full bunk beds, a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating, two large storage closets, a full bathroom, and ample entertainment space.

This level gives kids their own comfortable space to relax, play, and enjoy time together while still being close to the rest of the home.

SECOND FLOOR

The second floor is the main gathering level of Plantation Paradise, featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, sitting area, desk and workstation, laundry room, and guest half bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals for the entire group, while the open living and dining areas make it easy for everyone to gather together.

A comfortable sitting area provides an additional space to relax, read, or enjoy conversation away from the main living room.

The third floor features the spacious primary suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

A full hallway bathroom provides additional convenience for guests staying on the third floor.

BEACH ACCESS

Gulf Place Beach Access is approximately half a mile from Plantation Paradise and just a short four-minute golf cart ride away.

Once outside the gated community, a convenient walking path alongside the roadway leads toward the beach. Gulf Place Beach Access offers restrooms and seasonal lifeguards, along with nearby shopping and dining.

Your two included six-seat golf carts and seven bikes make getting to the beach and exploring 30A convenient and fun.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

** MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT **
The primary renter must be **at least 25 years old** and must remain at the property for the entire rental period.

** SPRING BREAK — MARCH & APRIL **
For reservations during March or April, **one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24.**

Violations of this policy will result in **immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.**

We want your vacation to begin as soon as you arrive, so every stay includes a **complimentary starter pack of essential amenities.**

** ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan providing coverage for accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000.

All incidents must be reported immediately.

Coverage does not apply to **intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.**

** IMPORTANT — BEFORE ARRIVAL **
Before arrival, all guests must complete a **Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest** and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.

A **Golf Cart Addendum** must also be completed before arrival. Golf cart drivers must be **21 years of age or older** and provide a valid driver's license and required documentation. No exceptions.
