Pros: Property close to beach access and restaurants . Quiet neighborhood. House decorated cute. Two door codes and one worked.Cons: The house REAKED OF CIGARETTES. We are having to wash everything (clean or dirty) and air out shoes since coming home. We had to keep windows open just to tolerate smell while there. It's in AC system as well. The owner had pkgs arrive while we were there. A stack of them inside on floor. The sofas & rugs were flithy. We used twin bed sheets to cover. The bathtub was dirty. No bar soap in 1/2 bath & freezing when we arrived. The golf cart is rusted & dirty. The backyard was dirty & a mess. Clearly no one has been back there in awhile, as all outdoor furniture was too dirty to sit on. Some ceiling fan remotes need batteries and are programmed same so if you turn on fan or light in one room, it happens in another. No extra blankets for cooler off season nights. The walls have scuff marks everywhere. Beachwalk Vacation Rentals was excellent at sending automated emails and messages of what to do and not do, but never acknowledged our concerns sent on text thread that said you COULD contact them on. We went to Home Goods and bought blankets, air freshners, hand soaps, (they provided little bar soaps upstairs but no soap dishes), extra kitchen towels for our 5 night stay. We shipped home our stuff except for the hand soaps. If the pictures shown was the actual condition of home our rating would be very different.

Wonderful home, walking distance to tons of things, golf cart to the rest. Only car trip needed was to the Publix Grocery store. Easy access to public beaches. Pay 45 for an umbrella and chair vendors down there with an easy walk and clean bathrooms and wash stations. Highly recommend Mimmos restaurant, walking distance. book a reservation before you get there. Fantastic food ambiance wine and service. Great trip location for parents with kids. House was very well appointed with great cooking utensils, towels, linens.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - no help from management.

We recently stayed in this rental from June 21 through June 28. When we tried to enter the home 30 minutes early, management said it was not ready. So we waited in the driveway until 4 PM. We went around to the back patio to take a look at it, and it look like a disaster. The patio look like it has not been cleaned up in a long time, as there were weeds, growing everywhere covering furniture. The pictures made the back patio look way better than it was. When we tried to enter the front door the code we received would not work for it. I called and spoke to management who gave me another code to use on the front door, and that worked. I explained to the lady over the phone about the condition of the back patio. She stated that someone would come by the property to clean up the back patio and to check on the front door. No one ever showed up to the rentals to clean up or fix the door.Next, we entered the home. Again, the pictures make it look a lot better than it is, but we were ok with it. After spending a few days in the home, we noticed that there were scuff marks all over the walls in the living room, stairwell, hallway, and bedrooms. The utility room had a strange, moldy smell to it that we had to put candles downstairs to get rid of the smell. The golf cart was another part of the rental we were excited about, but it had its issues. The golf cart had rust all over it from the weather, and the seatbelts were hard to fasten and unfastened with our children in it.

Poor Communication

Very poor communication, as in no response. My husband ended up in the hospital just before the trip. Tried inquiring if there was an option to push the trip out and/or if we had bought insurance. Called & messaged, no response. Extended family went ahead on trip, 1 day late. Arrived at house around 2:00am. Door code given did not work. Called after hours emergency number & messaged online again. Same thing, no response. After about 30 minutes of hanging around outside, decided to check around house, found back door was unlocked. Went in, stayed the night. Still no response at all. Went to the actual office at 9:00am, got a door code that actually worked. Was told by the man working in the office we should’ve called the number, that we’d called numerous times, before we even got to the house. Needless to say, they lacked strongly in communication or help during a hospitalization & being locked out of rental. Finding the house unlocked was a bit concerning as well. The house itself was nice and clean. Family enjoyed the stay, minus the prior & start of the trip.

Family beach trip

Overall a great stay! Host was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues we had promptly. Good proximity to the beach and the golf cart makes it a breeze.

Wrong key code

We came in very late, the key code was the wrong code. After 20 minutes trying to enter the key code and find a lock box which there wasn’t one. We checked the back door which was unlocked. Scary

Spring break trip

Three little birds is a great house in 30a.We did have issues with checking in and the golf cart but the property management team was all over it!Please note, this is not a three bathroom house. It’s 2.5 baths. There is only a powder room downstairs and then a very small bathroom for the two upstairs bedrooms: not ideal for four teenagers but we made it work.Also there are plenty of beach chairs to borrow so do not bring your own!

Great Family Rental!

Overall, our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Really loved the location, especially with the access to the golf cart. The property was beautifully decorated and well supplied for the most part. Only downfalls were discovering the Keurig coffee maker wasn't working our first morning there (I would've packed ground coffee had I known) and the poor quality of the pots and pans (almost all but 2 tiny ones were scratched and rusted, rendering them unable to be used). Lastly, when we arrived, it was after dark and the door code had been changed. Customer Service called us back immediately and helped us get in with no issue! Literally everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend staying. We loved the grill and fire pit for s'mores. Was able to Instacart a few items with no issue. Local coffee and ice cream shops were so cute! I would absolutely bring my family again!

Wouldn’t recommend this home

We stayed in this home on 8/7/2023. The home had multiple issues including one of light fixtures falling randomly from upstairs guest bathroom. This was a huge hazard since we had small children present with us during our stay. The upstairs bedroom with bunk beds had a non-functioning television. Both this room and the downstairs living area ceiling lights were constantly flickering. The advertised golf cart advertised as being capable of commuting 6, had a broken seat belt buckle so we were unable to conveniently utilize since our party was that of 6 and we considered it a safety issue. Lastly, but certainly not least, the night prior to checkout, all of the alarms started going off around 9 pm until around midnight despite there being no identifiable source (not a great experience with sleepy, crying little ones). A maintenance guy came around 11:00pm and informed up that this and the flickering of lights were likely linked to a circuiting shortage issue that he couldn’t address that night so he resorted to taking all batteries out of smoke detectors. He said he couldn’t fix the fallen light fixture so he just stuck it back into the hole in ceiling. This stay was a disappointing given it was certainly not as advertised.

Awesome stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. We had a few problems with the internet but never cared because we were busy riding the golf cart and hanging out outside and going to the beach. Beach access is not far just a short on the golf cart. The house was clean and we can’t wait to go back.

Nice Vacation Spot

Enjoyed the house and the location. Was able to eat, pick up necessities, get ice cream, etc on the golf cart which was great. Kids enjoyed the bikes. Walking to the beach access would have been challenging for a younger crew but wasn’t a big deal for us. Only thing we needed but didn’t have was a pizza slicer but we probably just overlooked it. Had a great time.

The entry code didn’t work because batteries were low, but we finally got in. The golf cart was hard to start, had to keep it plug in to start. The website saud the beach was .02 mikes but that is going through private property, so that needs to be changed. Otherwise all went well.

Great Stay

We had a great stay over a weekend reunion. House was clean, comfortable and as listed. Close walking distance to beach access. Would like more info regarding use of beach access. Unfortunately a few private beach access areas on the Blue Lupine entrance that left us with limited option for lounging on beach. Golf cart and bikes were great. Plenty of local restaurants to visit nearby. Overall great place and recommend!
