Beach You To It, constructed in 2023, is a luxuriously appointed home featuring 3,110 square feet of indoor/outdoor living. Comfortably accommodating 12 guests, Beach You To It offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, hardwood flooring throughout, tasteful lighting and artwork, high ceilings, stunning coastal interior design, 8'x20' private heated (saltwater) pool (heating fee applies), multiple outdoor porches and driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Located in Old Seagrove, Beach You to It is a quick stroll into Seaside and about a 2-minute walk to the Hickory Street beach access. Ring doorbell camera with audio on front entrance door. On-street parking is not allowed, so please note parking spaces and plan accordingly.

Please NOTE - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $60 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
