This beautifully appointed home features four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. With a private dune walkover leading directly to the private neighborhood beach, you’ll enjoy easy and immediate access to the sugar-white sands of 30A, along with expansive covered and open decks designed for outdoor dining, lounging, and making the most of the Gulf breeze.

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and bar seating for two. The living area features cozy sofas, one of which converts into a queen sleeper, and flows seamlessly onto a large balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed Gulf views and refreshing sea air. A flat-screen TV sets the scene for relaxed movie nights after a fun-filled day on the beach. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six, making it a great space for shared meals and conversation.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
