Building Registration: At check-in, it is mandatory to make a payment at the building’s reception of COP 15,000 per person for registration and the issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the building’s common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to decisions made at the building’s general assembly.
