My Rental Homes - Villa Roger with private pool, BBQ and large garden

Villa Roger is located in the North of Ibiza, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean plants and nature with an independent guesthouse in the garden, the property includes a private swimming pool too and deckchairs.

This is the ideal place to share a friendly and familiar holiday in the countryside.

The Villa has 6 rooms, all the beds are 160x200 cm.

The main house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each one with bathroom en-suite, one with the shower and wc, the other one with bathtub and wc. Air conditioning is available for both rooms.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning , bathroom outside, shared, with shower, wc. One room has a private balcony .

The guesthouse, on garden level we find 2 bedroooms with a direct access to the terrace and the pool, they both have air conditioning. The bedrooms share the bathroom with shower and wc.

The interior is really elegant with white colours, and a lot of natural light.

There is a big open space for the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.

Just outside a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the summer days; in a few steps the pool and the garden where is available a second outdoor dining table, ideal to have a rest in the quiet of the nature and enjoy the barbecue with the family and friends .

Rental Rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 27 June to 4 Sept.; from 18 July to 21 August changeover day Saturday.

Security deposit: 3.000,00 €, it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval.
No safety fence around the pool

Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
