  • Fun in the Sun starts here! ☀️💦 Welcome to your Private Poolside Desert Oasis in beautiful St. George. Relax just steps from the community pool & hot tub, then explore nearby Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, hiking & biking trails, Kayenta, shopping and great local dining. With Zion just a day trip away, this peaceful desert retreat is the perfect home base for sunshine, adventure and unforgettable Southern Utah memories! 🌵

    Our home has a fenced backyard which is shared by the attached home and leads to the gated, outdoor community pool and hot tub, which serves the 20 homes in the community.

    In keeping with our desert area the yard is xeriscape.

    You will have access to the whole home and your privacy as you will be the only people staying there. The pool and hot tub are nearby but shared with 20 homes. There is a cleaned 2 car garage attached with a driveway and extra parking in spaces near the home.

    We are available 24/7 via call, text or e-mail should a need arise or for suggestions or help.

    Our neighborhood is a gated subdivision of the beautiful Entrada development. The 12 homes (20 including Sand Point across Pioneer Pkwy) are all legally zoned vacation homes. All homes in our community are `twin homes` meaning that unlike a townhome that is surrounded by connected homes on either side, ours only have one common wall separating 2 homes. This home is a short walk to the secure fenced pool area providing convenience. There is a restroom at the pool as well as a patio cover that provides some shade.

    Cars are necessary to get around. There are numerous bike/hiking trails right outside the community.

    There will be extra info on the kitchen counter top about wi-fi password, pool rules, extra keys, remotes for garage and outside security gate.

Wonderful location

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. There are trails, gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores very near. The easy access to the pool is a bonus.

Great location!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very clean, great location (especially for the Snow Canyon Half conveniently located by the high school bus pick up). Great for our family of 4! Will stay again!

Wonderful Quiet Home

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet and nice spot. We loved having a garage for our car. We also enjoyed the covered patio, and private entrance through the back yard to the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful space

The entire property is modern, clean and inviting. The yard has beautiful desert plants. The walk to the pool is super short. The location is exactly where we wanted, close to hiking, a grocery store, and restaurants.

Awesome Property

Our stay at this VRBO was wonderful. Not only was the house beautiful and comfortable, but it was also convenient for our trips to Tuacahn to see three musicals. The only problem we had was the lack of WIFI due to work being done in the area. Awesome property!

Wonderful Property!!

This property had absolutely everything we needed. It was sparkling clean, and the beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. In particular, we loved the backyard and the private entrance into the pool area. We would sit on the patio every morning and see quail, chipmunks, lizards, roadrunners, bunnies, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with on all issues. Don’t miss this one!

Beautiful views

We went to St.George to check out the area for a possible move from California. We fell in love with the Ivins area. My wife is in the property management business here in the Coachella Valley. She left a long list of issues involving the property. She feels that if these issues were addressed there would be a lot more guests staying.

Location!! Extended stay comfort!

We made this our comfortable home for 7 weeks! Adequately equipped kitchen. Comfortable furnishings but which are showing signs of wear. Strong Wifi. Excellent communication with our contact person! No problems. The one issue for us was lack of direct sunlight due to shade by buildings opposite the main windows. A big plus for Lava Falls is calm location, convenient to two well connected walking/biking trails, convenient to services and many attractions offered by the St. George area. Despite higher rates than other areas, we hope to return to this complex.

Good and bad!

We love St George and have stayed many times in various arrangements! It was a little difficult to find basic things in this unit (face-clothes) and it felt like it basic things like dish soap were missing... (like one roll of TP for each bath for the entire stay - we had to go out and buy more!) Flip side It was perfectly comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable!

Perfect Getaway

This property is a perfect getaway for a couple or family of four. The property is in a great location near Entrada in Santa Clara and is emasculate. My wife and I spend a long weekend golfing and enjoying the scenery. Snow Canyon and Tuachan are close by. The pool was great to cool off in after golf each day. We will definitely stay here again.
