Pool fully remodeled in 2026!

WELCOME BACK! We are looking forward to having you stay at our FULLY remodeled home on Sanibel Island. This home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom, even including the beautiful screened in pool area with a brand new paver decking! Although we were all sad about the Hurricane, our home is now more beautiful then ever! We can't wait to have you back on the Island enjoying our newly renovated home with modern finishes!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home in The Dunes of Sanibel backs up to peaceful conservation land, has tropical palm trees surrounding the pool, is located in a beautiful golf-course community, and is just a short bike ride to the bayside beach. Does it get much better than that?? Rainy day? No worries, the open great room with eat-in kitchen island has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Break out a board game, or watch a movie on the big screen. Pass the coleslaw and wine coolers through the kitchen window to the outdoor sitting area while the chicken barbecues on the grill. Pocketing sliding glass doors in the kitchen and dining room allow you to extend the living space outside.
