'This was our 1st time staying at an AirB&B, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I hope all future experiences are just as easy and nice as staying at Jossie’s place. It was very clean, easy to find with plenty of area to park. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure and having soap and shampoo was really nice. We will definitely try and stay here on our next visit, plus the location is close to the airport and the interstate which was great.'

'My brother and I needed a place to stay while we settled our father’s estate in Oviedo and this apartment was perfect. It was a sad and emotional time for us, but we had a clean and comfortable place to come to where we could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and there are many places to eat in the area.'

'Property fit our needs well, both building and location. Showers worked well and mattresses were comfortable. Not large but efficient. Missed some standard amenities such as wash clothes, dish soap, and shampoo. Two gates to enter property, one closes at 11:00 with no name or directions to the other, made for a longer night getting supplies and finding different entrance to neighborhood.'

'The property was exactly as described. Unfortunately the last guest forgot to leave the remote for the parking garage and we had to park on the street, ended up walking a couple blocks each night. Location was good. Once we figured out how to get into the building the rest of the stay was good. Would stay here again.'

'Property looked as it did in the photo… the floors were so filthy I feet turned brown/black from the dirt. The shower had not been cleaned and there were cockroaches on the walls. For an expensive cleaning fee it appears as if no one cleans. Also be sure to check all items in the property because if you don’t tell them something was not up to par they will say you broke it and charge you extra!'

'Angelia was so helpful and so prompt with her responses to our questions. Beautiful outlook of the lake and garden with bbq area which was a fantastic bonus! The beds were comfortable as well as the lounge area and the kitchen was a lovely huge size.'
