'definitely did not get the memo on the front desk closing at eight or 8:30 PM which I guess is typical of Vail Valley. Learned something new! I definitely had a very unfortunate check in experience and was not very happy to be searching for the key for 45 minutes and was not given the option for a luggage cart. 'The location is fantastic! The property has seen a lot of skiers run through it and I they are tough on the property, but it was clean, close, and comfortable. Easy walk to the first lift, shopping and dining. I would stay there again just for those reasons.'

'Prachtig resort. Ligging was uitstekend, 5 min lopen naar centrum. Ook was er een shuttlebus. Kamer was fantastisch! Helaas bleven wij maar 1 nacht. Kleine tip/ opmerking: Ontbijt was prima maar uitstraling van ontbijtzaal past niet bij resort!! '

'The resort was very nice, but didn't have air conditioning in the room we originally booked. The staff at the lodge we very nice and did everything they could to accommodate us even upgraded our room to one with air conditioning. Wish the listing on vrbo had mentioned the lack of air conditioning from the start.'

'You can't go too wrong in Vail! That being said, this property is a fantastic location, great pool, friendly staff. Only down side was our a/c didn't really work. We let the front desk know and they offered to move us, but we were leaving the next day. Have stayed at the Lodge before and will continue to in the future. '
