The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it up. They obviously had no regard for how important my wallet was to me and provided zero explanation for 1) the staff finding it and not turning it in, or 2) the week delay (with two follow ups) before they actually got to shipping it to me.
