Was a hidden gem steps away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Directly behind a supermarket and having a fully equipped kitchen was very beneficial. We would highly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Location is perfect. Easy walking everywhere for restaurants, bars, and downtown. Snorkeling at Ramon’s village next door was great! Yvette was very helpful!

Perfect little beach rental

Perfect little rental right on the beach with short walks to plenty of fun stuff. Kaitlynn and Angel were super helpful both prior to arrival and the entire time we were there. The rental had most anything we could possibly need. The app they use was incredibly helpful and full of great information. Anything we needed was in that app! Will definitely recommend to others.

Kaitlyn was very responsive to our requests and also set up a couple of the best excursions that we had while staying in San Pedro. Room was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. You can rent a cart right at the supermarket out on main road. They had coffee and filters which I was smiling more. No pool but water right outside. Have TVs with great Wi-Fi full kitchen in my room, which I greatly appreciate it!

I am typically a regular guest at Ramons Village but this time I stayed off site so I could surprise my Mother for her 80th birthday. I am glad I did because my wife found a perfect couples retreat for she and I in the future. The view from unit 2 was just spectacular and a very short walk to amenities. I showed family and friends the unit and I feel certain they will be booking in the future also. Full Kitchen (did not use) but could have if I wanted to. To many things to list so I will leave with this. God lead my wife to find this place and it will be on our must return list for years.

The property was well kept and clean. The large king size bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The grocery store is a stones throw away. Wonderful shaded patio and view of the water. Easy walk out to the beach right from the back door. 10/10. Would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at Belizean Reef. We arrived about an hour earlier than expected and walked over from the airport (a short walk). From the time we arrived, Yvette was wonderfully helpful, giving us recommendations for tours, answering questions, and at the end of the trip dropping us off at the ferry. The view from the patio is perfect for watching the sun rise, and everything in San Pedro is within walking distance. The suite was clean and well appointed. There isn't great water pressure, but that seems to be common throughout San Pedro. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return.

Investment Shopping

We were supposed to be in San Pedro for five days after a five day stay in Placencia scouting real estate. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Beryl's path we had to vacate and catch a plane off from Ambergris Caye after only two days. The unit was just as described, contained appropriate kitchen appliances and utensil, was clean and everything worked. Because we arrived when Beryl was approaching the onsite Manager Kaitlynn, as well as, the corporate Manager Simon were in regular communication with us about Beryl's path, the ability to remain in lodging and notified us that Tropic Air would be cancelling all flights Wednesday afternoon; meaning that if we wanted to leave the island we better do it by then.

There was parking for our golf cart off the street. Very good AC in the apartment. Unfortunately, the furniture in the living room is futons and the bed and bedding were sub par for this price point. Nothing that anyone can do about the chronic odor of rotting sea grass that is ever present for the past 5 years on this side of the island. Location is good for walking or golf cart. Make your way to the much nicer secret beach area if you want to relax in the sand.

Simple Pleasures

Communicating with Kaitlyn was such a pleasure. She was always quick to respond even after hours. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for our brief stay. They even brought us extra towels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The hammocks & lounge chairs are perfect for loafing around, catching some rays, while devouring your vacation books. Even though we could hear planes overhead due to proximity to the flight path, I didn’t find it disruptive. Short walk along the beach to ocean front restaurants at other resorts. We were even told there is sometimes decent snorkeling off the surrounding piers. Our stay was made even more peaceful & quiet due to the fact that there are only a few units. Once we acquired our golf cart, everything was quite accessible with a short drive. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here on subsequent trips.

The unit was immaculate and smelled so good! The only issue I experienced was safety on the premises. As a solo, female traveler, it would be safer with cameras or security. Multiple times at night, I would have to lock the gate because other guests would leave it unlocked. With no security or cameras, there is no deterrent for unwanted people coming onto the property. It would certainly make me feel safer.

It was a very large unit, nice king-sized bed with full dresser and large closet with plenty of room to hang clothes (which is important to me because I tend to over-pack). No access to washer and dryer, but they did our laundry for a fee ($12 US per load I think) which was helpful. Lots of seating space in the kitchen/living room. And awesome beach-front views of the ocean from our patio! Great location, right in town and around the corner from the airport, but amazingly quiet at the same time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and super quick when responding to messages and inquiries. Convenient parking space right outside the property where we parked our golf cart rental. The only thing I didn't love was the water pressure in the shower. The water was hot, but the pressure was lowish, so shower times took longer than normal. But other than that, everything was really wonderful, we will definitely stay there again!

However, amenities such as hand soap, sanitizer, salt & pepper, were not provided as advertised. We had to pay for drinking water. Shower pressure was a dribble & the shower grate was bent upward making it an injury hazard. “Beach” was non-existent. You could swim/snorkel out front but boats come & go so you have to use the beach at Ramon’s Resort. No paper towels/napkins provided & toilet paper consisted of left over rolls from prior guests. Shower has rust stains, kitchen floor was sticky on arrival (the property manager moped h the floor).
