The Space

With 1,687 square feet of living space, this distinctive elevated home offers two private bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charming loft, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests.

The main living level features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated coffee bar, an inviting living room, a dining area, and two private balconies overlooking the lush yard. Whether you’re preparing breakfast at home, enjoying a quiet evening in, or relaxing outdoors, Masapan offers plenty of room to spread out and unwind.

Bedrooms & Loft

Primary Bedroom: A generously sized retreat with a queen bed, ample storage, and a beautifully renovated private bathroom designed for relaxation.

Guest Bedroom: Located on the main level, this bedroom features a full-size bed, with a second bathroom conveniently located just around the corner.

Loft: Accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase, the loft features a queen-size swinging bed, an additional full-size bed, and access to a third balcony. Its unique layout is especially well suited to children and teenagers.

All four spaces—the two bedrooms, loft, and main living area—have their own split air-conditioning units to help keep everyone comfortable in Belize’s tropical climate.

One of Masapan’s greatest advantages is its location. You’re less than a five-minute walk from a variety of popular cafés, restaurants, and gathering spots, including Rum Dog, The Truck Stop, Coconut Café, Garage, Aji, Marbucks Coffee House, Tres Cocos Waffle and Smokehouse, and the adults-only swim-up bar/restaurant at Pur Boutique Cabanas.

Prefer a relaxed meal at home? The fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or prepare dinner at your convenience.

The ocean is also less than a five-minute walk away, with nearby dock access for scheduled diving trips, fishing charters, and other excursions.
