Herbergen in San Luis Obispo Wine Country

'The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the $15 per night parking fee and the Apple Farm restaurant. The Inn was clean, the staff was exceptional, and the room was very comfortable. We have been looking forward to coming back for a while to the Apple Farm, and the Inn did not disappoint. The restaurant used to be very good, but not any more. This time the restaurant was not very crowded, the service was lacking, the food was mediocre, and a couple in our party didn’t feel very good...

'We have been to this hotel many times. Mainly for the hot tub and pool area for our kids. We haven't been in awhile and the hotel room we had made us feel like they are not properly maintaining the property. Everything was worn or on the verge of breaking. Normally I'm fine with this basic rooms of this hotel. Now, I don't know if I'd return. The pool and hot tub area is still fantastic - just bring your own towels.'

'Although it was an overnight stay. The price was affordable considering it was last minute reservation. The room was clean, the staff was great, didn’t get in the pool and the air was cold. There were some stains in the tub. The walls must be thin because we heard kids crying late at night and early morning. Over all the stay was good. Will consider this place when booking in SLO.'
