Palmilla Golf Course Improvement Notice

As part of ongoing improvements within the Palmilla community, renovation work is currently taking place along portions of the golf course, including the 5th hole near the Océano Altas & Bajas areas. Guests may occasionally notice construction activity, noise, or changes to the surrounding golf course views during normal working hours.

The project is being completed in phases and is currently expected to continue through late 2027. We want to share this information in advance so guests can plan their stay with appropriate expectations.



Community Access:

This villa is located within a private residential community. Guests will be required to present valid photo ID and sign the community rules upon arrival for access. Please contact us prior to arrival if you would like to review the community guidelines.
