'We had a short stay here just 2 nights in Tenerife in order to go to Siam Park.The apartment was perfect for our requirements, the hosts were friendly and super accommodating and we were able to bring our dog along.We made use of the BBQ in the terrace and the pool and all in all had a great time. There is a small convenience store located just a minute away at a nearby hotel and a bigger supermarket just 5-10 mins walk.'

The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally. There is no private hotel beach area, There is no beach access directly to the beach, so if access to the beach is important to you, I would not recommend booking this hotel. Although I booked the Preferred Club option, the bathroom was very outdated. We raised this on the second day, and the staff kindly offered us another room, but it did not feel worth the effort to move. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well."
