« The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. I would’ve requested a refund but I got the hotel in the evening and it would’ve been near impossible to get a refund and another decent place. Never going back. »

« We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the host’s communication was excellent from start to finish. The location was perfect; right in downtown and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the city easy. We barely needed to use a car.
