Perfect for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location with walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. Overall great time staying here with friends. Location was close to everything we needed, especially with Harmonā€™s right around the corner. Check-in wasnā€™t as seamless as other experiences due to the confusion in the property unit #, but communication was quick and we were checked in. Would stay here again!

Really Enjoyed It

This was a great property for our recent family trip to Salt Lake City. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Its central location made it easy to explore the area including downtown, Snowbird, and Park City. The management company was very responsive when we let them know the TV in the primary bedroom wasnā€™t working. They replaced it with a new one within a few hours.

UTAH SNOWBOARD TRIP

Check-In was questionable. Never did use the front door because we couldnā€™t figure out the lock and code number? We just went through garage everyday. The place itself was very nice with the exception that the TV didnā€™t work in the master bedroom which was disappointing. Hot tub was very nice! Great location to the slopes each day.

Good location but Hot Tub was not available for the first 2 days of our stay

The property was generally as advertised. We discovered that the hot tub was in the 70ā€™s when we went to use it after skiing. I reported the problem to the number provided. We checked in on Saturday and at 6 pm on Monday night the tub was still not usable. By the final night of our 4 night stay the hot tub was finally usable. I complained to the management company and when they finally got back to me they agreed that we had been inconvenienced by the hot tub not being usable for three of the four days of our stay. They offered us a 10% discount off of 1 night of our stay ( a refund of between $19.00 and change.). I think as kind of insulted by this offer. If youā€™re going to prominently advertise that you have a hot tub in can effort to attract skiers at your property you should make sure itā€™s functioning properly before itā€™s occupied and if it turns out that itā€™s not you should have it repaired the same day. Iā€™ve rented through VRBO. all over the USA and this was the most disappointing rental Iā€™ve encountered- other renters either took care of issueā€™s immediately or else provided an acceptable resolution to the problem - utahs vest did not.

Great place to stay

Overall it was a great place to stay. We had received the wrong door code but the on call person was prompt at getting up the correct code to get into the house. One of the bathroom sink drains was plugged and the maintenance people came promptly the same day to fix.

The property was amazing! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was clean. The grill has not been cleaned after the last visitor but it worked well! There were some outdoor games in the garage that we didnā€™t use but it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Great Place, Some Snags

We very much enjoyed this property. It was clean, nice, and very spacious for accommodating a large group. The property manager was responsive, and we got it for a very good rate. Thank you! The snags that merited -1 star include: -The heating and cooling in the house is very difficult to manage. If youā€™re comfortable downstairs, itā€™s excruciatingly hot upstairs. If youā€™re comfortable sleeping upstairs, youā€™ll be freezing downstairs. Thereā€™s no happy medium, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own in the middle of the night. -The fireplace didnā€™t work. Even after a crew came out to fix it, the fix only lasted less than an hour. Our friend worked two hours on it, and ended up fixing it properly. Shouldnā€™t have had to spend time on that. -The TV is very outdated, with access to very few streaming apps. It wouldnā€™t be a huge deal if they didnā€™t have laminated signs all around threatening you with a $100 penalty if you mess with their cables/ports at all. -Location, while good for driving, had very little within walking distance. The neighborhood has a steep hill, and our Door Dash driver got stuck in the snow and couldnā€™t leave the neighborhood. Would stay again, if we could sort out the heat situation.
