« The space is clean, new, and close to everything. This would work well for someone who didn't have a car as there is a lot within walking distance. It is a 3 level condo with the garage on ground level, living room and kitchen on the second level and bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. There is a spacious. The host requires that you purchase damage insurance during the final payment stage so the actual price is 40ish more a night than the listing so thats worth factoring in. »

« The property was as described and is in an area we enjoyed. Stayed for a volleyball tournament at the Salt Palace and was convenient to that but with a car. The house was clean and well appointed. The single car garage is tight as advertised, but was nice to have available. Would stay here again. « The location makes for easy travel around downtown SLC. The place was very clean, and check in and out were very easy. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the noise. There is something mechanical in the basement that makes noise every few minutes that is loudest in the back bedroom and you can feel the vibration in the bed, so it makes it hard to sleep. And the front bedroom is by a main road, so it can also be noisy. »

"Excellent appart'hôtel, idéalement situé et proposant des infrastructures récentes, modernes et parfaitement entretenues. Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour confortable et agréable. Terrasse extérieure particulièrement agréable avec jeux, barbecue, braséro, .... La possibilité de stationner sur place (en supplément) est un véritable atout. Les équipements sont de qualité et l'ensemble de l'établissement dégage une impression de soin et de modernité. Nous avons d'ailleurs regretté de n'y passer qu'une seule nuit ! À noter qu'il s'agit d'un appart'hôtel avec une arrivée et un départ autonomes. Même si une personne est présente au rez-de-chaussée, l'enregistrement se fait principalement de manière indépendante. Pensez donc à bien vérifier que vous avez reçu vos codes d'accès avant votre arrivée afin de pouvoir circuler facilement dans l'établissement. Le seul point négatif concerne notre chambre, située à proximité d'une porte de couloir. Le boîtier électronique ainsi que les claquements de porte étaient assez bruyants. Heureusement, cela n'enlève rien à la qualité générale de l'établissement. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !"
