This air-conditioned house with its contemporary decor makes an ideal base for discovering Provence, as you are just 30 km from Maussane-les-Alpilles, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, or to escape to the seaside. For those who love to shop, the first designer outlet centre in the South of France has opened in Miramas, 13 km away. The Pont Royal International Golf Course is 15 km away.
It should be noted that there is a cat living outside and that vacationers will just have to ensure that she has food, provided by the owner.

INSIDE
The villa extends over three floors. The ground floor comprises a shower room with WC, an air-conditioned lounge/dining room and a kitchen with a back-kitchen that serves as a laundry room and gives access to the lower level, where the studio flat is. The studio is air-conditioned and has a double bed, TV, microwave, fridge and an adjoining shower room with WC. On the upper floor, which has air conditioning installed in the hallway, there are a bathroom with WC and and three bedrooms, two of which have TV. One has a Queen-size bed, and the other two each have a double bed.

OUTSIDE
You can enjoy the outdoor area thanks to the attractive and well-laid-out, covered terrace outside the dining room, from where you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool. Two cars can be parked on the property, which has an automatic gate.

OUR OPINION
A pleasant villa, handy for a visit to Salon-de-Provence, an always bustling market town with the Mossy Fountain in its town square. There is also the boating centre at Entressen, where you can discover a variety of activities on the water, not forgetting the possibility to escape to the seaside.
