'This is a wonderful spacious house in a fantastic location. The pictures really do not do it justice. The pool was so clean an amazing size, we spent hours in it come rain or shine! The house is less than a 15 minute easy walk into Monpazier which has multiple restaurants, shops and a choice of 2 bakeries! The house is on a quiet cul de sac. 'Nous avons séjourné cet été avec des amis dans ce logement. Dans l'ensemble la maison et le terrain sont bien, et bien situés mais l'annonce n'est pas claire sur plusieurs points et cela pourrait nuire fortement à d'autres voyageurs :- il est mentionné qu'il y a 5 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a que 4, ce n'est vraiment pas tolérable et peut poser de gros problèmes.- le logement est fait en 3 parties, ce n'est pas mentionné vraiment clairement également (pour les personnes avec des enfants jeunes...

'We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful house . It had all we needed, its a spacious house, nice pool and a quiet area , and close to places like Bergerac and Periquex. Even two bathrooms and three toilets which made it very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable.'

'De gastheren waren uiterst gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het huis zelf mooi en rustig gelegen, prachtig uitzicht, ruim en geriefelijk (keuken, badkamer en sanitaire voorzieningen). De bedden hadden ook goede matrassen. Het enige minpuntje was de warmte binnen als het buiten warmer was dan 35 graden (tip; airco?) maar gelukkig was dit maar enkele dagen.'

'Het huis is prachtig, ruim en licht, de tuin en terrassen zijn heerlijk en rustgevend, het zwembad is fantastisch! De accommodatie is alles wat je verlangt, je kan op verschillende plaatsen zitten, overdekt of niet, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, heel mooi uitzicht, pittoresk dorpje, winkel op loopafstand. De omgeving is heel mooi en je kan enorm veel uitstappen doen zoals stadjes, grotten, kastelen, marktjes,... buitengewoon heerlijke plaats om te vertoeven!!'

'In augustus 3 weken in La Lande verbleven, met 4 kinderen > 15 jaar. Prachtige vakantiewoning waarin echt alles aanwezig is. Keurig schoon. Zwembad wordt heel regelmatig door de eigenaar schoongemaakt. Eigenaren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dorpje Le Bugue vlak bij met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes. In de buurt voldoende te doen zoals kanoën en recreëren op en aan de Dordogne of het bezoeken van kastelen, dorpjes en grotten. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!'

'We hebben twee geweldige weken doorgebracht in dit fijne en bijzondere huis. Bruno is erg aardig en was altijd bereid een vraag te beantwoorden of een tip te geven. De locatie is perfect als uitvalsbasis voor veel verschillende soorten uitstapjes. En als het erg warm was, was er een airco en een zwembad! De oprijlaan is steil, gelukkig is er iets verderop nog een minder steile opgang. '

"We had a very nice and comfortable stay in this well situated house near Le Bugue. Well situated because a lot of the must sees in the Dordogne are within 1 hour drive. The house itself is well equiped and offers everything you need for a selfcatering holiday home. A large Hypermaché is in the nice village. The owners live nextdoor and are very helpfull when needed but give you all your privacy. The warmed swimming pool is nice and had a very nice and comfortable poolhouse. The pool is a maybe a bit small and is situated across 'the street' (we were not aware of that) but that's really no issue unless you have small childeren: You don't have a view on the pool from the house. The house itself feels very cozy. Be aware that the acces to the first floor is by a loft ladder and the only toilet is on ground level. That is actually the only less comfortable aspect a this pretty house. Anyway, we had a very nice stay and definitly recommend this place."
