'Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous avons été déçu d'avoir un appartement avec un vis-à-vis gênant. De plus nous étions au nord ... donc jamais de soleil ! L'accueil n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et bien que nous avions fait le check-in en ligne, nous avons attendu environ 4 heures avant de pouvoir accéder à notre appartement. Appartement un peu petit pour 6 (nous avions un appartement avec deux chambres, le 6ème couchage étant le canapé lit) mais les prestations sont de bonnes...

'Big room with a nice kitchen. Village is far from main Alpe D'Huez by car but accessible by ski lifts. Amenities were nice.'

'Good property and location. Listed as 1 bedroom (double bed) and alcove with bunk beds - but alcove actually a 2nd good size room. Clean - main complaints about listing and extra payments - covered parking not free, but only 35 Euros for week. WIFI pass only for 1 device which is inadequate for 4-6 people, so I would not list this as free WIFI. We had to pay extra for 6 WIFI passes. Cleaning equipment inadequate (vacuum cleaner didn’t work, so we had to pay 100euros extra for cleaning bill. If...

'Apartment was a great size for 5 of us (2 bed plus alcove with bunks). It was clean & well equipped & the reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved the swimming pool sauna & steam room - a great addition to our holiday! Location-wise it is at one end of the Deux Alpes strip (less busy end) which was good from a noise perspective. The ski bus stop is right outside (although don’t rely on these…. Especially if you have lessons to get to…They can be a bit dodgy) Belle Etoile chair lift...

'Unbeatable location, comfortably large enough for a family of 4, well fitted, nice large boot room and locker. Not quite as large as it looked in the advert photos (E.g. twin beds weren't separated) and didn't have a proper oven. Very good value for the week we stayed (16-23 Dec). Can order breakfast bakeries to be delivered in the morning-great! Overall, we have stayed in VT for many years and the best appartment we have stayed in.'

'Prijs-kwaliteit is heel goed . Juist kan de accomodatie beter schoongemaakt worden ! Bij aankomst hebben we zelf 2 vuilblikken vol met stof bijeengekuist , onder de bedden was het ergste , spinnenwebben overal en ongelooflijk veel stof ! Eens stofzuigen na elk gebruik is niet veel gevraagd aangezien we toch een eindschoonmaak moeten betalen . Aankomst was super ! Vriendelijk onthaal , alles duidelijk uitgelegd en heel mooie lobby !'

'Ruim appartement met goede faciliteiten, WiFi, uitzicht op de pistes en de liften. Wij waren met vier volwassenen en zes kinderen. Bagage laden en lossen vanuit de auto is wel eindje lopen door het complex. De skilockers zijn vlakbij het appartement en vanuit daar ski je zo de piste op. Terugweg moet je via andere ingang en is iets verder lopen maar helemaal prima. Al met al heel fijn gehad in Val Thorens!'
