« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...

« This property is a great place to stay!!! The house is clean , organized and beautifully decorated and lots to do for everyone in the family. Had one little concern and the host took care of it immediately. Karen goes above and beyond in communication and hosting for her guests. She provided a beautiful tray of snacks for my grandkids and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Lots of pool items- lifejackets, beach chairs and beach toys and Herman who does boat tours is an outstanding tour guide!...

« This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay! »

10/10 Excellent

"Bel hôtel, dans un charme un peu vintage, au bord du lac. La chambre était immense, avec vue sur le lac et très calme. Belle salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire et douche. La déco est un peu datée mais la literie était très bonne. Très belle piscine, bien chauffée. Personnel agréable. Une belle adresse bien située. Seul bémol : certains clients ne tolèrent pas le bruit des jeux des enfants dans la piscine. C'est un hôtel familial et les enfants s'amusent.... On ne peut pas demander à des enfants de 3/ 4 ans de ne pas jouer dans une piscine !"

Sanibel Island Beach Resort

"Checking facile et rapide. En plus on a pu accéder au resort et à la chambre plus tôt c’était trop bien. L’hôtel en bord de plage est magnifique avec des endroits de verdure, des palmiers, la piscine. L’hôtel est bien intégré au paysage, avec seulement 1 étage, contrairement à d’autres bâtiments autours qui sont plus hauts et affreux. L’emplacement est idéal pour se lever le matin, voir le lever de soleil et admirer les coquillages. La chambre est très jolie, très propre et confortable. La climatisation marche très bien. La salle de bain est agréable et propre. Il y a un micro-ondes, un frigo, une petite table, une cafetière. Le prix est correct pour Sanibel après les dernières tempêtes et les hausses de prix aux USA. Mais ça reste quand même un prix important même si c’est justifié. Et oui il y a $25 de frais de resort à payer mais c’est indiqué lors de la réservation. Nous ne sommes pas resté assez longtemps pour en profiter mais ça sera sûrement une adresse où nous reviendrons vu que l’hôtel où allions avant est détruit par la tempête. "
