    The house is a and tastefully furnished, designed to provide comfort and convenience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light. It features four bedrooms, each and equipped with cozy beds to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests. This recently updated home is well stocked with essential amenities. Covered parking for your wake-board boat, truck, and RV!

    The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting to enjoy meals together while overlooking the scenic beauty outside.

A wonderful place for a couple families to get together. The pool and hitting with the cabana cover are so nice. A wonderful place to relax.

Enjoyed 4 nights here last week with my six sisters. The house and property were nicely maintained. Our communications with Kim were great. Definitely recommend this home for a quiet and restful getaway.

Loved visiting the Granite Bay Area. Historic Folsom was awesome the Folsom Sanctuary Zoo was great even though it was 100 degrees. Went to golfland water park so much to do in the area. House was like home with an amazing pool, hot tub and patio area. Thank you Kim and Luis very accommodating hosts 5 stars for sure.

We've stayed at this home several times, and it has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit family in Granite Bay. The home is private, spacious, and has a wonderful open layout that's perfect for spending time together as a family.The backyard is a highlight, with a beautiful pool and hot tub where we spent hours swimming, relaxing, and enjoying family barbecues. The house is always spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home.Kim is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always easy to communicate with. She truly goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Kim and Luis were great hosts. They were very responsive and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of for a perfect stay. The bottle of wine and personalized card was a nice welcome!The home is exactly as described and is very clean in a great location. We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider this home again when we return to the area.

This was our second time staying at Kim and Luis’s home, and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. That alone says a lot! They continue to be incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure everything is seamless and comfortable. The home is consistently clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a reliable and welcoming experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the private oasis! The owner, Kim, was great with her communication and was quick with her responses to any questions that we had. The location of the property was perfect and close to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part was relaxing in the backyard and enjoying the hot tub. We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect place to relax and recharge in between wedding activities.

Was a girls trip (over 60) getting together for an annual trip. Clean interior with plenty of beds for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and cooked one night on the grill; easy to use. Weather was perfect for floating in the pool. We never left the property!

Property and amenities are great and clean. Location is right off a busy road, saw someone scoping out the backyard early in the morning on one of our days. Communication with property managers is good. Overall good stay and very enjoyable. Great space for boat/rv parking

The “Oasis” was perfect as a home base for a week of house hunting. The WiFi was fast so I could work remotely. The location worked great as a central location for exploring homes, shopping, fun and visiting family in Tahoe. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool when we had downtime and the park across the street was great for walking our dog. The hosts checked on us regularly, and left some nice treats to enjoy during our stay. Overall, it was perfect!

Great for groups

Fun house with nice hot tub. Pool looked nice too but we didn't use it. We were in town for an event at the Johnson Ranch Sports Club, this is a great location convenient to that facility.

Property was great. The host was phenomenal with great communication and kindness. A few things that we wish would have been better. The pool was not clean. We wanted to grill and went to clean it, the grill brush was so worn down. We tried to use aluminum foil and that was almost completely gone, so ran out and had nothing to use for leftovers. The dish soap was almost gone, so washing bottles was tough. All minor things. The property was great and the kids had a blast.

Beautiful, quiet, and convenient

Recently updated and nicely appointed. The pool and yard are extremely well-maintained and, despite being close to a main road, you feel like you're in the middle of the country. Owners are clearly very thoughtful and concenred about their guests' happiness. Great wifi with mesh network throughout the large home so I was able to work anywhere. I recommended this home for my local friends to use for their family's stays.

A stayed here with a group of friends for a connecting weekend together. After we all packed up, we agreed that we would stay here again. Kim had mentioned early on that she was also traveling, but that didn't keep her from being a very responsive host. The beds were comfortable, the couch was cozy, and there were plenty of towels for the six of us. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. The grotto was perfect for cooling down in the hot sun, and the trees and patio provide ample shade. I only have a couple minor complaints. The chlorine in the hot tub was intense! Maybe the cleaning solution was overused, or maybe the water didn't have enough time to air out. A few of us got in for maybe 5 minutes, but it was burning our eyes and the smell was very strong. There are worse things than being too clean, so I still appreciate it. We were woken up to the sound of a lawn mower, weed wacker, and leaf blower at 8 am our last morning there. That sucked and got us all in a pretty bad mood. Kim had mentioned that we might see some gardeners, but I didn't anticipate that. She was very apologetic, and explained the gardener schedule situation. Plus we were there during 103° weather, and realistically it wouldn't be safe for them to work in the afternoon. Something to consider when you book. Thanks again, Kim! We had a great time!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this rental house. There were a few minor hiccups that could have been bigger issues, but the owners were very repsonsive and quick to rectify the issues. Having a pool onsite was wonderful with our children and it was a beautiful pool. We didn’t use the hot tub as it was over 100 degrees in July, but it was clean and functioning. We would stay here again the next time we are in town to visit family.
