This 4 bedroom home is situated at the end of an extended court offering privacy and a quiet stay. With indoor/outdoor living, the home features a large backyard with a hot tub, covered patio, outdoor seating area, fire pit and BBQ. The home is equipped with all the comforts you need to make your stay stress free: fully stocked kitchen, high speed WiFi, washer + dryer, 80” tv in the living room, designated office space with extra monitor and more! We have been traveling to California from Ohio once or twice a year for last 7 years and always stayed in a VRBO and this is the best one yet. Very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for everyone. Close proximity to the Thunder Valley Casino venue where we all enjoyed the concert. Would return again.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, had lots of room and very spacious. We really appreciated how easy everything was, from check-in to check-out. The house was relaxing, and the location made it convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Beautiful home, very spacious! Big beautiful backyard to just hang out and enjoy each other's company. Everything was clean and ready to go. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had.

Great location if visiting rocklin/ Lincoln area. Chris the owner is very receptive and prompt about answering texts, welcoming pets are a blessing to us as we travel with our dog. Great stay overall.

This place was awesome. Perfect location for me and my family. Everything was clean and perfect for our needs. House was beautiful and hot tub was a plus after along day. I honestly think the place was under sold. It was truly a place that could sleep over 10 if we needed. Everybody had a room to them selves. The frig was great and the ice was a plus. Having washer access just in case was great. It was an easy choice to start because of the price and is definitely a pick if we head back to visit.

Host was very rrsponsive & was nice enough to accomodate a earlier check in. We were very happy with house, it was spacious & very clean. Highly recommend this place if attending an event at Thunder Valley Casino, it was very close.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and easy. Great communication before and during the stay. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and overall layout of the house was nice. Hot tub was nice and ready (we didnt end up using it).

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! It truly felt like a home away from home—but honestly, even better. My kids felt like they were staying in a mansion. The photos do not do this place justice at all—it is so much bigger and more beautiful in person than it looks online.Christopher was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive from start to finish, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, check-in was seamless, and the hot tub was amazing and such a bonus for our family.We genuinely have zero complaints about our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and memorable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, and would plan to stay again in the future for similar visits. Would definitely recommend! Pros:Comfortable Beds & pillowsGreat Kitchen, Living area and outdoor space.Hot tub was hot and clean.Quiet neighborhood- located in the cul-de-sac.House was very clean and comfortable with a new feel and open layout. check in and check out process were very simple. Sufficient parking, and garage access available.Pet friendly.Minor drawbacks / recommendations:Kitchen could have been better stocked (missing large salad bowls, non stick pans- though it was nice that there was some cooking basics- oils and seasonings)Keurig coffee machine - would definitely prefer a normal coffee pot! Luckily I found the resusable pods, but its messy to fill pods & only make single cups at a time. BBQ ignitor didn't work & no lighter or matches were available. No outside TV as mentioned in the title of the listing. We had family of 4-but managed to use all the towels for our 3-days stay (teenage girls don't help the situation). But, it would have been nice to have towels for the hot tub.

The house exceeded expectations. Nice, spacious new build property with new appliances and tasteful, comfortable beds and furnishings. The outdoor space and hot tub made for relaxing outdoor evenings. I would highly recommend and will book again myself on my next visit to the area.

We had a great stay and the home was beautiful and enjoyed it. We had a few things in the home we found upon our arrival. Items in home upon our arrival: Ants on living room floor, dining room table, Dining room chairs had food & dirty, kitchen counters, Master bedroom entry carpet torn, bathroom glass shower door did not shut/close, Outside patio umbrella was torn and broken bars, Guest bedroom bed sideboard hanging off. Thank you!

Beautiful home. Loved the kitchen, there were not very many pots and pans to cook with. The bedrooms were great. It was advertised with TV on the patio, but no TV. Could not get hot water to the kitchen. The shower door didn't close right, so it leaked. It would help to have bath soap and shampoo. To me these were minor things that can be taken care of. We loved our stay.

Spacious home that is easy to move about with a large open kitchen and living area. The home and yards were spotless. The host allowed for early check in which helped since we were coming from different areas. We would definitely recommend this house!

This home is spacious and recently built. Pros: large kitchen with a large dining table. Big Screen TV with streaming. Large backyard with Hot Tub. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Be aware that no shampoo/soap/hair dryer or other amenities are provided. There were no regular pillows in the main bedroom - only overstuffed shams. Home is generally clean but the main bedroom carpet is dirty, and tack strip is exposed. This is a nice home but could use a few touches to make it feel like a more welcoming vacation rental. Could use some nightstands in the bedrooms or a place to set water glasses down near the TV, for example.
