'Stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly, room was big and very clean. Breakfast buffet was ok with limited options. Ordered dinner room service, quantity was less and taste was not that great. '

'The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option. '

'Bedsheets were NOT changed from previous guest STAY . AND I WAS ASSIGNED THAT DIRTY ROOM and bathroom DOORS WALLS WERE FILTY. SHOWER DRAINS PLUGGED UP.'

'The service at this property has been extremely disappointing. They currently have one manager handling both Fairfield and Four Points Sheraton, which has resulted in the food service being combined—breakfast at the Four Points building and dinner at the Fairfield building. Because of this, the restaurant areas are poorly maintained; tables are often left unclean, and guests are made to wait just to be seated. There are clearly staffing and/or training issues. I ordered dinner around 5:00 PM...

'When I checked in the room was very hot & reeked smell of sweat. Later I noticed the the pillow covers & bed sheet to be smudged and the source of the smell. I had asked the staff to replace them & they lied that they replaced it. I will NOT stay here again !! '

'Everything is the way that a traveler wants from facilitator of bed & breakfast. Nothing is lacking. Excellent food, cordial executives in the last not the least, highest order of hygiene. The only thing I regret while staying, I couldn’t make my friends from all over Chennai to have lunch at this excellent facility. Most of them excused themselves stating that this facility is far off. I have to yielded to their request, I hosted the lunch elsewhere in the city'
