'Bed bugs. Visible blood spots and “black specs” on bedclothes. Floors were oddly very slippery. Wiped a small area with a wet paper towel and it came up black. Entire place in disrepair. It was so bad that, at 10pm, after driving over 7 hours, we demanded a refund and left for another hotel. At first I was told that I couldn’t get a refund until the manager showed up in the morning.
