« We found the property as advertised. It was plenty big for our group. The location was very quiet. It's not right in the middle of anything, but it's within 10-15 min to Peterborough or Keene. Only 5 min to the Dublin General Store. Brie was easy to work with. She was responsive whenever we needed to communicate. She even left us some breakfast stuff because she knew we were arriving late. »

« The Penthouse was a great place to rent for our family get-together. The owners live nearby and are very responsive to any issues that may arise, and indeed promptly addressed questions and any issues that we had. It was a great vacation place for us (other family members rented other houses on the property from the same owner so we were able to get together and have plenty of room). The lake is perfect -- clean and beautiful, and we made the most out of boating and kayaking activities there. »

The house is beautiful, super comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed without being at all cluttered. They were thrilled with the thoughtful coffee selection for the Keurig and were impressed with the tools and appliances in the kitchen since they had some cooking to do for the parties at our house. « We had a great time at the cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the pond and surrounding community. Wonderful stay overall! We skied Wachusett. Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely! »
