8,4/10 Très bien ! (1 001 avis)
Staff were very helpful and polite. However the room we stayed in was dated and needed work. There was cracks/paint chipping in the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom door kept getting jammed on the floor and the sink was missing the cover. The shower also leaked onto the floor after use. The bed was comfortable for one night however the pillows were flat.
The swimming pool was well maintained and kept clean at all times. However going for a swim was not ideal with children jumping in the way.
Food was amazing cant recommend the rib room server was pleasant.
Breakfast was very good as well and the waiting staff kept the place very clean

9,4/10 Exceptionnel ! (632 avis)
Un magnifique lieu dans la verdure anglaise collé à des petites chutes d’eau et un cours d’eau, un personnel à la hauteur gentillesse et serviabilité
