'De kamers zijn netjes en je hebt vrij weinig last van de snelweg waar het hotel staat. Het het personeel is vriendelijk. Alleen de gasten zorgde voor overlast in de nacht op de gang. Wij waren er dan ook in een drukke periode '

'This place is spotless. Has big spacious light rooms tea / coffee water biscuits plates cutlery etc. A fridge a microwave.the most comfortable beds a power shower. Towels in bathroom. Ironboard infact everything u need for a short stay. Very secure car park with cctv and electric charging point if needed. '

'We were accosted at reception by drunk patrons, upon entering the room we noticed the smell of urine, brown curious stains and smudges on the walls .. bugs on the sheets and black mold on the windows'

'This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice.'

'We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
