'Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we have experienced. The greeting we received upon arrival was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed as guests, we felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way the staff treated us. A stay should begin with basic courtesy, professionalism, and a clean, welcoming environment. Sadly, we experienced none of that here. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.'

The landscaping and outdoor spaces are beautiful, tranquil, and exceptionally well maintained. The lo-fi music playing throughout the property created the perfect zen atmosphere. The location was ideal: close to El Yunque, beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore, yet secluded enough to feel peaceful and private. We loved spending our time...
