Iets boven Rome Centrum gelegen, fantastisch hotel met fantastische voorzieningen. Ruime fijne kamers, met groot eigen balkon. Met de taxi voor euro 10 sta je in 7 minuten op st Pietersplein. Dus veel ruimte en voorzieningen, en de bezienswaardigheden zijn goed bereikbaar. Het personeel is zeer attent en vriendelijk.

Mooi hotel op goede locatie, drankjes veel te duur
Mooi hotel op goede locatie. Op loopafstand van het Vaticaan (20 minuten) en via de gratis shuttle bus kom je ook makkelijk bij de andere bezienswaardigheden. Minpuntjes zijn dat je moet douchen in bad en dat drankjes en eten toch echt buitensporig duur zijn. EU 10,- voor een glas cola bij het zwembad is toch echt teveel.

Top hotel met prachtig uitzicht op de stad
Het is was mijn 2e keer in hotel de vorige keer was in de winter een compleet andere ervaring dus. Ik heb genoten van de tuin om het zwembad en de imperial lounge. Ik vond persoonlijk het niet fijn liggen bij het zwembad te dicht op elkaar alleen was daar een prima tuin om heen met bedjes ideaal. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpuntje vond ik dat je ziet dat de kamer wel een opknapbeurtje kan gebruiken. En dan voornamelijk de badkamer. Er zitten scheuren in het toilet bad was ook niet echt nieuw meer dat soort dingetjes.Dat maakte het verblijf niet minder waard.Ik heb het weer top gehad

The staff was very attentive and wonderful. Housekeeping was so great. Super caring and attentive to details like needing more towels. Disappointed in the restuarant located in the basement. Expensive and not worth it. We chose this hotel for the upper rooftop view and the other Michelin restuarant on the property. Both were closed due to renovations. Still a beautiful experience. The spa was great. They offer Turkish baths. Hot tub was always cold, a bummer. Still a good value to stay at this property.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The pool area is large and the drinks are great. The overall service of everyone in the hotel was polite and attentive. The rooms are large and very nice. They also have a spa pool, sauna and steam room that are complimentary. The massage that I received was also very good and for a great price. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

I have stayed here every time I visit Rome, the view is second to none (always ask for an odd numbered room as they have the best views) the property is absolutely beautiful, and they provide a free shuttle service to Rome at no charge. Breakfast is 25 euros per person if you ask for a voucher at the front desk, otherwise it is 35 euros, and the breakfast is worth it. HOWEVER, I found that it is now required to use a credit card for a 600 euro deposit upon arrival. Unless you plan for this charge it can really dig into you planned stay and vacation. There is a ATM machine located on the property, would highly suggest using it rather than running to one of the stand alone ATMs located in various parts of the city. Staff are always nice and helpful. Even with the 600 euro deposit it's a great property.

Beautiful view. Great service. Beautiful setting inside. Really nice design. The air ventilation blows dust. Water pressure in the shower isn't the best. They only give two 8 oz bottles per day. We stayed there for 10 days. Got over $400 in charges for water from the mini fridge. $200 more for ordering it as room service. Water should be free at a resort like this.

I’m not giving 5 star on the Overall Rating only because there’s no Nespresso coffee maker in the room, they only reserve that feature for the upper floor room, which is totally ridiculous. You have all kind of drinks for alcoholics and not a coffee, and you are in Rome! I’ve stayed in 10 different hotels in Italy in the last 5 months, all booked with Expedia and this was the only one without the Nespresso!

This is a beautiful property, but it is a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. There was only one restaurant to choose from for lunch/dinner and honestly this was my least favorite meal after being in Italy for 3 weeks, plus spendy. The breakfast is phenomenal. The bedding, beds and pillows are 5 star! Carpet and furniture is old. The staff is 5 star. The work out facility is one of the best I have ever experienced. If you just want to chill and relax…this is a great place. If you want to “experience” Italy…it isn’t the place to stay.

Check in took a little longer than normal. The room was nice, the service around the property was great. Was never told about the indoor pool and lounge not being included in our stay. The cost was an addditional $50euro pp. This was extra. We opted not to purchase and we were happy we opted out. We had a beautiful breakfast in town and the outdoor pool was much nicer because of the weather. Be careful if you are staying in the colder months as this may be an easy way to be roped into more costs. Drinks and food are very expensive for a Hilton hotel brand. $35 a drink (19-23 euro) fried calamari $45 a plate were (32euro). Very expensive. The pizza was awful and also very expensive. We had a great stay but buyer beware. We ate dinner at la pergola it was $790 euro for two people. A day at the pool was expensive but as long as you are aware of the hidden costs than it’s not bad. The hotel property is beautiful and the room and view were great.
