All TVs are streaming-capable, so bring your favorite apps and settle in. The electric fireplace in the living room adds ambiance on cool Ozarks evenings.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to full holiday meals. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and stand mixer alongside a complete set of cookware including saucepans, a stockpot, frying pan, roasting pan, and baking pans. A full knife block, cutting boards, and all the prep tools you need are on hand. Dishwasher included for easy cleanup, plus a refrigerator with working ice maker.



Technology

Six smart TVs throughout the unit and deck bring streaming right to your fingertips. A Nest smart thermostat lets you dial in your comfort level with ease. WiFi is provided.



Laundry

Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room - ideal for longer stays or post-lake towel duty.



Outdoor

Step out onto the deck and breathe in the lake air with a 65" smart TV, propane grill, and open views of the water. It's an entertainer's dream setup - fire up dinner while the sun sets over the Ozarks. Community outdoor pool is located at the center of the complex and is open to all condo guests (swim at your own risk, hours posted at the fence). The on-channel dock is not available for guest use.



Community Amenities

Isla Del Sol is a gated, lakefront condo community managed by Sun West Property Management. Guests enjoy access to the outdoor community pool. Designated parking is labeled per unit, with additional overflow available in the upper parking area. An on-site dumpster is located in the parking area.



Guest Access:

Check-in is simple and self-guided via coded smart lock. Your hosts are available if questions come up but otherwise give you the space to fully relax and unpack. Two designated parking spots are labeled for Unit 501, with additional parking available in the upper lot. Note: GPS may drop before you fully reach the complex - if that happens, simply continue driving to the very end of Knox Road until the condo buildings come into view.

★ GPS note: Navigation may lose signal before reaching the property. Continue driving to the end of Knox Road until you see the complex.
