'Good location for travelling, even close enough to drive downtown Staunton. Hotel grounds very neat and good parking, first impression inside very clean and open and very friendly staff. Room was spacious and quite clean, bathroom needs some professional plumber do the caulking and removal of mold, though generally clean. 'Although the room was spacious and clean, it was not comfortable. The airco did not work properly, so the room stayed too warm all night. AC also made a lit of noise. Having said that, the rest was as expected from a Days Inn: basic, but clean. Great shower and breakfast was ok.'

'First time at a bed and breakfast. Very enjoyable and more important relaxing spot away from the craziness of the city. Room was perfect and I actually enjoyed the room not having a tv which was a great way to disconnect and I appreciate that! Would come back here again for a wine trip!'

'We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...
