Modern family friendly house centrally located in Reykjavik, with Hot Tub

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood Fossvogur, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few meters from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre.
Only few steps from our house we have green area where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.

Outside we have nice BBQ / sitting area and cold pot and hot tub ( NOT JACUZZI ) where you can relax in and if lucky see the northern lights.

Our house is on one floor, spacious and fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, living room with nice sitting area and fire place, TV with Apple TV with streaming services like Netflix etc. We have 4 bedrooms in the house, Master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom has Double bed (140x200cm) and the other two bedrooms have two Single Beds (90x200cm). We have Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 180 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
