« clean room and restroom everything »

« Fun & creative decor. Super comfy bed »

« Chambre spacieuse et propre Petit déjeuner excellent »

« Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality. »

« Very nice location. Walking distances to everything in mid-Town. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, welcoming. The room was up to the expected standard with all conveniences and practical. Parking is in a public place next to the hotel and charges $18 max for 24h. Staff told me to make sure not to get in and out in order to avoid being overcharged, and advised to park in the street if I intended to use my car during the day (much cheaper). « The staff was very nice but other than that the hotel was disappointing. It’s supposed to be a hyatt hotel but its more like a best western. The hotel is out dated the rooms carpet walls decor. It seems hotels hasn’t been renovated since it was built it look like its stuck in the 80s. Food and drink menu too »

« Everything was nice and clean »

« The parking is a hassle. It’s difficult to access and too narrow to navigate. It’s also not affiliated with the hotel so you have to pay separately. There is no sign for the hotel facing the street and after three times circling for the address I had to have a friend stand in the street for me to find it. The hotel was amazing and beautiful. »
